Sand Sea Sailors win 4th position in Pharaons Rally!

We did it! The team has finished today the Pharaons Rally in 4th position overall after a problematic last stage where we faced some issues with our gas pumps. Thanks to the 4-hours lead we accumulated over the last 6 stages, we were able to maintain our 4th position overall. You can check some more pictures of the car here and here on shutterfly and of other racers here on webshots. The rally started with 24 cars, only 14 of which were able to finish the race. Team Dessoude from France driving a Nissan Navara won the first position. We'd like to thank all those who supported us to be the first Egyptian team ever to finish the Pharaons Rally in such an advanced position. We hope that we will perform even better next time. |

Mabrouk, you have exceeded all our expectations!! We would have settled and been very happy with 8th or 7th position, but 4th, you are simply the best team ever.. thank you for the gr8 effort and for the amazing victory, and Im sure with such exceptional people like you we will be following your success in the Dakar soon.
